So I made the best birthday cake EVER for Josh. I know I'm blowing my own trumpet a bit but it was gorgeous! It was Nigella Lawsons Chocolate fudge cake (recipe here) and I bought these really cute fondant icing 

angry birds from ebay (ellamakescakes) which I would recommend if you're thinking of making one yourself. It went slightly wrong towards the end, as the cake split in half, but you could barely tell once it had been decorated! ♥
